
Regional Business Development Specialist

This role presents an excellent chance for a skilled financial services professional to take on a challenging and rewarding position in our regional office.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional revenue and growth through exceptional customer service, connecting customers to suitable products, and effective risk management.
- Maximise the visibility of our brand throughout the region by actively promoting our company at public events.
- Manage relationships with business customers within your assigned portfolio tier, providing value across Agri, Commercial, and Small Business channels.
- Support improvements and monitor relevant customer satisfaction outcomes for the portfolio.
- Assist in understanding and meeting holistic customer needs, including lending requirements, and collaborate across channels to meet customer expectations.
- Design, implement, and monitor an annual portfolio business, marketing, and business plan to achieve desired portfolio growth.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, working collaboratively to drive a 'one team' approach and support service delivery and customer/business needs.
- Provide opportunities for staff development, enabling achievement of current and future objectives and desired staff satisfaction results.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or finance.
- Demonstrated experience in financial services.
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills.
- Understanding and application of risk analysis, cash flow analysis, portfolio management, evaluation, and analysis of profit projections, property valuation, credit mediation, security requirements, and credit checking.
- Able to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High ethical standards and integrity in all working relationships, including maintaining confidentiality when required.
