About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to drive regional revenue and growth through excellent customer service, connecting customers to products, and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of business customers, providing value to customers across various channels in each regional market.
  • Maximise the visibility of our brand throughout the region by actively promoting our company at public events.
  • Build genuine relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively to drive a 'one team' approach ensuring support and service delivery as well as achieving customer and business needs.
What You'll Bring:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial services.
  • Exceptional organisation and planning skills.
  • A strong understanding of risk analysis, cash flow analysis, portfolio management, evaluation and analysis of profit projections, property valuation, credit mediation, security requirements and credit checking.
