Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing best practice health & safety, wellness, and injury management systems and strategies for our people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and education to staff on health and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience in health and safety management
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
