The Role:

As a Customer Focused Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our luxury hotel experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch guest service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, exceeding guest expectations at all times;
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise;
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals;
  • Be knowledgeable about local tourism and hotspots, providing expert recommendations to guests;
  • Work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of [X] years' experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of Cairns and its surroundings;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
