Guest Service Representative Role

The Guest Service Representative is a vital role at our establishment, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests and delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm to determine interests and needs.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on options, pricing, and promotions.
  • Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations.
  • Process guest orders efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Uphold a clean and organized store presentation.
  • Replenish retail merchandise and display cases.
  • Assist colleagues in preparing decorations and packaging supplies.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and company policies.
