Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and effective Learn to Swim and Water Safety Programs to children and adults
  • Work with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with program participants and their families
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or equivalent qualification
  • CPR certificate (HLTAID)
  • Employee Working with Children Check
  • Knowledge of Learn to Swim programs, stroke techniques, and water safety
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work weekends, weekday mornings, and/or evening shifts
