Customer Success Manager

At the heart of any successful business lies a Customer Success Manager, who ensures that clients are delighted with their experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with channel partners, tech vendors, and integration buddies.
  • Spot and shape new partnership opportunities that align with our growth roadmap.
  • Work with Product & Engineering to bring integrations to life.
  • Launch creative joint go-to-market activities (think co-marketing, webinars, and events).
  • Represent the company at conferences and trade shows (yes, mic in hand—we want you up there).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Be the trusted advisor customers turn to for insights, onboarding, and ongoing success.
  • Map out customer goals and show how we help smash them.
  • Collect, interpret, and champion customer feedback to influence product and partnerships.
  • Support customers in unlocking value from integrations and partner solutions.
  • Track engagement and keep customer satisfaction sky-high.
  • 3+ years in partnerships, customer success, or biz dev at a SaaS/tech company.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS ecosystems, APIs, and integrations.
  • Confident communicator—whether it's a boardroom pitch, a customer workshop, or a keynote.
  • Proactive, self-starter, and someone who loves turning ideas into action.
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
