In our Renewable Energy team, you will be involved in inspecting, reviewing, and assessing renewable energy projects. You will work alongside wind engineering specialists and other teams to provide technical consulting services throughout the development, financing, procurement, and construction phases of large-scale renewable energy projects.
Our team helps customers achieve their project goals by conducting high-quality analyses, evaluating risks, and providing robust answers to difficult questions.
- Provide technical due diligence for pre-construction through to operational renewable energy projects
- Develop technical specifications and assist clients with all aspects of renewable energy project development and construction
- Undertake life extension assessments of operational renewable energy projects
- Develop, review, and execute scopes of work for lenders and independent engineers
- Conduct site visits to appraise potential development sites
- Review feasibility studies for renewable energy projects and conduct failure investigations
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering or Science degree in renewable energy or a relevant discipline. They should have at least 3 years of professional experience, including project management skills and adaptability. Ability to produce clear written reports and communicate verbally in English is essential.
The role involves regular office work, with occasional domestic and international travel. Some physical fitness is required for site inspections, which may involve climbing turbines.
