We are a leading provider of software solutions for the renewable energy industry.
The RoleAs a Partner and Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans to drive customer success and partner engagement. You will collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to bring integrations to life and launch joint go-to-market activities.
- Develop strategic plans to drive customer success and partner engagement.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring integrations to life and launch joint go-to-market activities.
- Represent us at conferences and trade shows, sharing our mission and expertise.
You will be the trusted advisor that customers turn to for insights, onboarding, and ongoing success. You will map out customer goals and show how our platform helps them achieve them. You will collect, interpret, and champion customer feedback to influence product development.
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, customer success, or business development at a SaaS/tech company.
- A solid understanding of SaaS ecosystems, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in renewable energy, solar, or design software.
- Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools.
