About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team at ITW. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable, profitable, and long-term growth through market gain and robust strategic account plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth initiatives to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to achieve sales targets and execute sales initiatives.
  • Analyze and identify insights from quantitative and qualitative data to inform tactical and strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with customers to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver outcomes for ITW.
  • Support the development of annual and long-range segment plans to drive sustainable long-term growth.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in sales, business development, or a related field. You should have a proven track record of delivering sales targets and results through data-driven problem-solving and relationship management.
