Job Description

As an IT Middleware Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting IT solutions and helping customers optimize their workflow in Australia and New Zealand.

This role involves providing trainings, support installation of ITS, maximizing utilization, monitoring installed systems, and assisting with technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.

A relevant degree in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience is also required.

Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of SQL management studio, SQL stored procedures, HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols, and proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell.

Travel up to 20% across ANZ may be required for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • BS in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience with installation and technical support of Virtual Servers, Windows-based software products, and network fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of SQL management studio and SQL stored procedures.
  • Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell.
