This Role

We are looking for an expert in search engine optimization to scale our organic presence, optimize emerging search paradigms and reduce paid media dependency.

  • Improve site structure & performance – Enhance indexing, structured data, page speed and technical SEO enhancements.

  • Lead the AI-powered SEO strategy – Optimize for traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery models.

  • Implement AI-driven workflows to scale SEO – Leverage AI tools for content optimization, keyword research and automation.

  • Develop a high-impact backlinking strategy – Acquire and manage quality backlinks to increase domain authority and visibility.

  • Align SEO with broader growth marketing – Work cross-functionally to integrate SEO with content, paid, and product initiatives.

  • Monitor & iterate based on SEO data – Analyze key SEO metrics, report insights and implement data-driven optimizations.

  • Educate & communicate SEO advancements – Act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven SEO, educating internal stakeholders on new opportunities and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SEO experience – Proven track record in increasing organic traffic and improving search rankings.

  • AI & Automation Proficiency – Strong experience using AI tools to scale SEO efforts.

  • Technical SEO expert – Deep experience with structured data, indexing, site architecture, and page speed improvements.

  • SEO for AI & TikTok – Understanding of how AI models interpret and surface search results, plus expertise in optimizing for TikTok's search algorithm.

  • Execution & Scaling Mindset – Ability to take SEO experiments from test to full-scale execution with automation.

  • Leadership & Communication Skills – Ability to educate internal teams on AI-driven SEO shifts and communicate strategy effectively to executives.

  • Hands-on with SEO tools – Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms.

  • Data-driven mindset – Ability to analyze SEO performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborative & adaptable – Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
