Trade Workflow Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking an expert in trade workflow management to join our product development team. As a trade workflow expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient trade workflows across multiple asset classes.

Your primary goal will be to identify areas of improvement in our current trade workflow systems and design new solutions to enhance their functionality.

  • Develop detailed knowledge of trade requirements and workflows to inform product development.
  • Analyze complex financial instruments and design components for future solutions.
  • Work closely with developers to provide business insights and document system requirements and functionalities.
  • Design, documentation, and solution execution experience with the ability to address business problems and work with product managers on launches of new products.

Requirements
  • Expertise in execution workflows across Asia Pacific markets in one or more asset classes: Equity and Listed Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX.
  • Front-to-back experience from trade capture to execution and lifecycle events.
  • Business and system analysis and maintenance experience including triage of issues and design of solutions for development teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Business with an MIS background. Master's/MBA strongly preferred.
