The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and implementation of radiology workflow processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.

About the Role

This pivotal position is crucial in ensuring seamless workflow management, driving productivity, and influencing key stakeholders to optimize service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate closely with radiologists, clinic managers, and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, optimize workflows, and enhance service efficiency.
  2. Lead the coordination of radiologist workloads, ensuring real-time adjustments to maintain high service standards and productivity.
  3. Identify, develop, and implement strategies to enhance operational workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient outcomes.
  4. Build strong relationships with radiologists, clinic teams, and external partners to drive collaboration and align workflow priorities with business goals.
  5. Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement targeted improvements.
  6. Take a proactive approach in managing urgent workflow disruptions, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining service quality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a workflow role within healthcare, radiology, or a similar high-paced clinical environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and influence medical professionals, particularly radiologists.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with experience in workflow optimization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in implementing operational improvements and managing change within clinical environments.
