Job Description

As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our clients by providing expert guidance on implementing Wrike's workflow solutions.

You will be responsible for understanding complex business challenges and crafting tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Your expertise in workflow management and change management principles will be essential in delivering successful implementations and driving long-term value for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Articulating the value proposition of Wrike's workflow solutions to clients and stakeholders;
  • Conducting in-depth discovery sessions to understand client requirements and identify opportunities for optimization;
  • Designing and implementing custom workflows that address clients' specific needs and maximize ROI;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Wrike's workflow solutions with existing systems and processes;
  • Providing training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Wrike's workflow solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and consultative skills. Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, solutions engineering, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or customer-facing roles;
  • Formal certifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Prince 2, Lean, etc.);
  • Extensive customer-facing experience, including presentations and handling objections;
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities;
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and tact.
