- Demonstrate proven B2B sales expertise – preferably within promotional products, branded merchandise, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Exhibit a strong hunter mentality, with a passion for building a pipeline and closing deals
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Show self-motivation, a target-driven attitude, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Be comfortable utilizing CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and activity
