About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales enterprise approach with a focus on digital transformation in the industrial sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for business growth
  • Building long-term strategic relationships with key customers and markets to develop partnerships and opportunities
  • Supporting existing channel partners and bringing together software, hardware, and services offerings
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial operations sales)
  • Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence a team, customers, and others
  • The digital transformation mindset with an understanding of industry 4.0 ecosystem and relevant solutions
  • Demonstrated success in an industrial solutions sales or account management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of remote monitoring and asset strategy solutions
