Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about growing their own career as well as contributing to the success of our organization. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Prospecting and qualifying new leads to identify potential business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and retention
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities in the market
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
