  • Individual coaching and support for leaders, including 360-degree feedback sessions.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in organisational psychology and leadership, bringing fresh insights to our work.
  • Sourcing and managing external partners to unlock new value for our business.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in facilitating leadership programs up to middle manager level.
  • Some experience in designing leadership learning content.
  • Coaching experience is advantageous.
  • Accreditation in assessments is beneficial.
  • A background in either psychology or the commercial world is an asset.
