Job Description- Assist in merchandising across the range of product categories, including point of sale material placement and ticket writing within the store.
- Sell the complete product range to ensure each customer gets the best JB solution to their needs.
- Help drive JB's customer service and sales process standards and expectations.
As a Games Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued sales growth of the Games department. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about games and has excellent customer service skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of games.
- Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of our consolidated team, and have the ability to work under pressure.
