We are looking for a knowledgeable Dietitian who is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and lead healthier lives. The Dietitian will work across our clinics to learn about our clients, their health concerns, goals, dietary restrictions, and preferences and work with them to create a healthier nutrition plan that will complement their treatments at Body Catalyst. They will also implement basic nutritional guidelines that can be shared by all therapists to their clients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Conversion of client leads and enquiries
- Financial performance of allocated area including all KPIs

**DUTIES**
- Conduct client consultations across multiple clinic locations, recommending treatment protocols and incorporating nutritional advice to help the client achieve their health and body goals
- Conduct personal and virtual nutritional consultations to clients from other clinics as requested
- consulting with other Health Professionals and related workers to manage the dietary and nutritional needs of patients
- Develop personal nutrition plans for clients that complement the treatments they are receiving at Body Catalyst
- Enter client information and nutrition plan into our database and meet with our clients regularly to monitor progress
- Assist and train therapists on how to discuss nutrition with their clients and incorporate it into their treatment plans
- Establish a nutritional guideline tool that therapists can use with their clients during the consultation process
- Oversee client treatment follow-up including notes is being maintained in line with company standards
- Ensure clinic aesthetics continually meet the company expectations and safety standards
- Adhere to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics guidelines
- Observe and shadowing clinic services, consultations and client interactions to provide ongoing support and coaching
- Work with Clinic Managers on coaching and developing their therapists
- Ensure that our clients receive a consistently exceptional experience, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations and foster long-term relationships
- Ensure company values are being lived in the clinics and embodied by all team members
- Foster a positive and engaging culture within the clinic, ensuring that team members are motivated, supported, and empowered to contribute to the wellbeing and management of their clients
- Adhere to workplace policies, procedures, and standards, including those relating to workplace health and safety.
- Drive sales and assist clinics to reach their financial KPIs

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, health, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience as a dietitian
- At least 3 years' managerial experience
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to continue training and research to keep current on the latest discoveries and developments in the field.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Compassion and genuine interest in helping others develop better eating habits.
- Multi-tasks well in a fast-paced workplace.
- Collaborates with other therapists.
- Excels at organization and project management.
