Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee our hospitality venues, collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies that enhance operations, guest experience, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, reviewing and adapting rosters, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the daily operations across our hospitality outlets, ensuring consistency in service quality and process.
  • Daily review and adaptation of rosters to reflect business levels, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Assisting venues to maximize reservation and customer spend, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Providing hands-on leadership and mentoring of the hospitality team, front and back of house, and ensuring compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within the wine or luxury hospitality industry.
  • Experience in regional hospitality/tourism operations is desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service.
