Job Title: Executive Director of Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead the development of our Australian market for an International QSR brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial goals and operational advancement, with experience in launching brands and scaling growth and new openings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop bi-annual plans that drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations across people, processes, customers, and performance.
- Take responsibility to open up stores, roll up your sleeves, and execute tasks.
- Assess and implement new technologies and operational enhancements across the group.
- Responsibility for Budgetary Reporting across Revenue, ROIC, and EBITDA metrics.
Requirements:
- A strong background of achievement in financial goals as well as operational advancement.
- Experience in launching brands and scaling growth and new openings.
- Must be a top communicator at all levels from employees, management, and stakeholders.
- Very well connected and adept at supplier agreements, supply chain, and product delivery.
- Come from a diverse operational background where you are across all departments from marketing and media to team development and leadership.
