Regional Operations Director for Pacific Luxury Brands

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our operations in the Pacific region. As Regional Operations Director for Pacific Luxury Brands, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of luxury hotels in Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Pacific region.
- Oversee the operational performance of our hotels, ensuring excellence in guest experience, revenue management, and cost control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, and stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
- Lead a high-performing team of hotel managers and operations staff to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive innovation, best practices, and operational excellence.
- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, with a proven track record of success in a regional or global role.
- 10+ years of experience as a hotel General Manager in the Pacific region.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
