The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Director to lead our team to success. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for driving performance and excellence across all our venues.
Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will be leading from the front, setting standards high, and managing each space from end to end. Your focus will be on:
- Leading from the front, ensuring your team understand exceptional service every day.
- Accountability for day-to-day operations and business performance.
- Upskilling and developing each team member around premium product knowledge and service standards.
- People practices such as recruitment, employee engagement, training, and development.
- Finding growth opportunities, activation, and delivery.
- Effective financial management around COGS, sales budgets, and profits.
