**Description**

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time permanent for a Digital Strategist in Technology supporting the Digital and Automation Functions.

The role of Digital Strategist is to define and develop effective digital strategies and roadmaps and measure the benefits and success of the Group Digital and LOB Digital initiatives.

About the role
- In this role, you will support the development of digital strategies and digital experiences that ensure RACQ delivers digital channel solutions that meet member needs and expectations and provide tangible member value; and digitization and process automation opportunities that create cost efficiencies and sustainability for the Group.
- Build deep knowledge of member expectations and performance across digital channels
- Collaborate to drive the increased utilization of RACQ's digital channels to support group sales targets and enhance member and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of digital activities with the achievement of business outcomes.
- Coordinate with Digital Product Owners to ensure digital products are managed in accordance with business requirements and agreed priorities.
- Conduct regular qualitative market analysis as it relates to digital competitiveness; identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to feed digital maturity assessments, digital strategy assessment and prioritization.
- Support the broader Digital and Automation business planning process that feeds the annual business and budget planning cycle

About You
- Minimum of university degree in relevant study area
- Must have previous experience in Digital or Business Strategy
- Must have an Understanding of design thinking, service design, information architecture and technical solution design, data analytics, automation and AI
- Demonstrated ability in translating strategy into roadmaps and plans and presenting these concepts to senior management and peers.
- Demonstrated competence in reading, analyzing and interpreting data, information and financial reports to develop insights and make sounds business judgements and decisions
- Possess advanced knowledge of digital analytics and digital attribution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including report writing and the capacity to influence and negotiate.
- High standards and an eye for detail.
