Be a key player in our fundraising efforts as we strive for positive financial outcomes. Our Campaign Coordinator will deliver impactful programs that drive results and contribute to the organization's strategic plans.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and manage fundraising initiatives that meet budget requirements and align with our strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project management, effective communication, and successful program delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that foster strong donor relationships and loyalty.

Additional duties may include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Development Manager on high-priority initiatives and events.
  • Maintaining tour schedules through effective communication with various departments.
  • Managing data entry into our database system.
  • Assisting with conference setup and pack down.
  • Handling cash transactions and operating computerized registers.
Essential Criteria
  • Availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and approachability.
