Job Title

A dynamic and innovative coordinator is required to develop, coordinate and implement children's ministry programs across two sites.

This role will involve creating engaging lesson plans, developing curriculum materials, and recruiting volunteers to support the delivery of high-quality kids' ministry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating youth or children's programs, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with children, parents and staff.

  • Create and implement children's ministry programs that are engaging, relevant and spiritually uplifting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, parents and staff to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Recruit, train and manage volunteers to support the delivery of children's ministry programs.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources for children's ministry programs.
