Digital Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our Digital Operations function, providing strategic oversight and governance of all activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and ensure strong governance of all Digital Operations initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Establish, monitor, and continuously improve operational standards and procedures across the organization.
- Delivery Management: Lead the Digital Technology operations team, ensuring that operational activities are prioritized and delivered with optimal efficacy.
- Change Enablement: Ensure smooth adoption of new operational processes, tools, and technologies across the organization.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are implemented and compliance is clearly defined and monitored.
You have 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital Operations, Infrastructure Management, ITIL Lead, Technology Governance or Release Management.
You bring a strong strategic mindset, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering value through technology.
