National Technical Training Director

The ideal candidate will possess a qualified chartered accountant background with significant client-facing tax experience, including working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime.
They will also have experience in managing technical development programs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to critically analyse technical materials and conduct gap analyses to align with technical competencies.
This role would suit an individual looking for a career development pathway away from client-facing work, in which they can leverage their interest and experience in the Learning and Development space.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with senior leaders across tax service lines, Learning and Development, and other subject matter experts to coordinate delivery of timely and relevant training programs addressing Tax technical training needs by level and market.
- Manage national technical training schedule ensuring training is appropriately delivered and received by relevant stakeholders.
- Curate and manage a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members.
- A qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience.
- Experience in managing technical development programs.
- Ability to critically analyse technical materials and conduct gap analyses to align with technical competencies.
