Credit Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from customers.
This leadership position requires a proactive approach to credit policy development, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage and execute credit operations and policies, maintaining high performance standards.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on accounts receivable status, aging reports, and credit risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of credit professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and relevant legal frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams and achieving results in credit and collections.
