Senior Manager, Credit Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish clear goals and targets for the team to support broader business objectives.
  • Drive accountability by leading, motivating, mentoring, and developing a skilled team of credit experts.
  • Champion best practice; assess, streamline, and improve credit operational processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Partner with Credit Risk and Sales teams to align operational processes with broader business goals and drive alignment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7-10 years experience in Credit Manager or Operations Management position in financial services.
  • Strong credit risk acumen and commercial judgement are essential.
  • Business Lending experience is required, along with proven experience in leading Operational teams and improving processes.
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills with internal and external key stakeholders are necessary.
