Credit Operations Manager

The role of a Credit Operations Manager is critical in the financial management of an organisation. In this position, you will oversee the entire credit and billing process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and leading the Billings, Accounts Receivable, and Credit functions end-to-end
  • Ensuring that billings are processed accurately, completely, and within agreed timeframes
  • Providing guidance for all credit risk and collections-related activities
  • Proactively managing discrepancies in billings and timely processing of adjustment requests

As a Credit Operations Manager, you will be responsible for making impactful improvements to the credit and billing function. You will lead a team of motivated professionals and ensure they have the necessary tools and training to excel in their roles.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Accounting
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Prior experience using Peoplesoft
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
