We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategy Lead to join our team at CPA Australia Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing social media team, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to create compelling and content-rich experiences that meet the needs and behaviours of our audience.
  • Manage social media forecasting, budgets, and expenditure to ensure optimal ROI.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in digital marketing, social media operations, and team leadership.
  • A proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or communications.
