Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at Spotlight Retail Group (SRG). As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth and sales.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of success in driving business growth through digital channels. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, analyze data and optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth and sales
  • Oversee digital marketing channels including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising
  • Manage brand identity and guidelines
  • Drive retail sales and customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
  • Analyze marketing data and optimize campaign results

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of success in driving business growth through digital channels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
