About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our team at LION Digital. As a key member of our Paid Media department, you will be responsible for driving the tactical development and execution of Search advertising campaigns for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging your skills and experience to enhance campaign performance, ensuring optimal ROI through continuous improvements and innovation in the Paid Social channel.

  • Develop and execute high-performing Search advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Manage campaign setup, optimisation, and analysis to ensure campaigns meet targeted KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Analyse campaign data using advanced analytics tools, interpreting results to inform data-driven decisions for campaign adjustments.
Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in performance marketing, managing budgets $3k - $20k+ per month (ideally in ecommerce, SaaS or Marketplaces).
  • Detailed knowledge of Meta Business Manager and associated platforms.
  • Working knowledge in TikTok, Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk, with the ability to effectively manage and optimise campaigns across these channels.
  • Analytical skills, with familiarity in using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush for data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • A creative and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of tackling marketing challenges successfully.
