As a Digital Transformation Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Digital Anthropology's goals to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement;
  • Creating and overseeing digital content (blogs, social media, email newsletters, case studies) that highlights the company's expertise in digital transformation and human-centered design;
  • Conducting research to identify and understand target audiences, using insights to tailor marketing campaigns and improve messaging;
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and email marketing;
  • Managing SEO and SEM efforts to improve website visibility and organic traffic, ensuring alignment with digital marketing strategies;
  • Using analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights to optimize future campaigns;
  • Developing and refining brand messaging that reflects Digital Anthropology's unique approach to human-centered design and digital transformation;
  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers, strategists, and developers to ensure marketing materials and campaigns are cohesive and aligned with project outcomes;
  • Maintaining a consistent social media presence by curating content, engaging with followers, and growing online communities;
  • Supporting client interactions, sharing insights on digital trends and demonstrating the value of Digital Anthropology's services;
  • Organizing and promoting events, webinars, and workshops to increase brand awareness and engage potential clients;
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape;

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management;
  • Skill in managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and growing online communities;
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, track progress, and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in writing clear, engaging, and persuasive content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email marketing;
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges in campaigns and make data-driven adjustments;
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research, identifying target demographics and audience behaviors to tailor campaigns effectively;

This is a permanent/full-time position, offering a salary of $73,000 - $83,000 per year.
