Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in workplace relations, performance, and conduct, with a focus on providing expert advice and guidance to our staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide research and advice on complex workplace relations matters, relevant legislation, and agreements
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative strategies to improve departmental outcomes
• Represent the department in dealings with unions and other stakeholders
• Assist and support the research, development, management, and implementation of enterprise agreements, HR Policies, and employment contracts

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in human resource management or law
• Experience in one or more of the team's responsible HR areas: workplace relations, performance, or conduct
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting (Protected/Restricted) security clearance

Salary

The salary range for this position is $94,259 - $105,941 per annum.
