Job Title: Strategic Account Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-value customers across multiple operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans to ensure Epiroc's solutions deliver measurable value to customers.
- Identify and promote innovations that align with customer goals in safety, productivity, decarbonization, and digital transformation.
- Manage contract performance, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure alignment with agreed terms, pricing structures, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate customer demand and align internal planning with project and production schedules.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of surface and/or underground mining operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value, complex customer relationships.
- Experience working in or supporting remote mining operations is advantageous.
