The Role
We're looking for a passionate, goal-driven, and knowledgeable
Account Manager
to cultivate strong client relationships, drive retention and expansion, and act as a trusted advisor. This hybrid role blends focused remote work with collaborative in-office engagement.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, nurturing relationships through proactive, responsive engagement,essentially becoming the 'face of Rapid Global
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align client priorities with our platform capabilities.
- Drive client retention and growth via renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of Rapid Global's modular workforce solutions.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and implementation, guiding clients through product adoption and usage best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Sales teams to resolve issues and deliver value.
- Monitor account performance and customer health metrics (e.g., renewals, churn risk, usage trends), and proactively act to mitigate risks.
- Lead business reviews, provide account insights, capture feedback, and foster continuous value delivery.
