Client Relationship Manager Opportunity

The role of a Senior Account Manager is to lead client relationships, manage projects, and drive business growth.

As a key stakeholder, you will work closely with the internal team to develop strategic direction and execute projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Immersing yourself in learning about the agency and its services.
  • Understanding individual businesses and building strong relationships with clients' key stakeholders.
  • Confidently asking questions to gather information from clients and navigating complex branding challenges.
  • Writing clear briefs for the team, managing timelines, guiding creative development, and solving problems.
  • Working closely with the internal team to develop strategic direction and execute projects.
  • Ensuring exceptional outcomes for client projects - delivering on time, on budget, and on brief.
  • Preparing long-term goals and account objectives.
  • Planning and maintaining project schedules and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Managing and reporting on scoping, quoting, budgeting, timelines, and strategic approach.
  • Ensuring clients are well-serviced and workflow is at maximum efficiency.
  • Pitching and presenting to existing and potential clients.

Requirements

Essential requirements include:

  • 5 years minimum experience in a similar role within a creative agency environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in key stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions under pressure.
  • Extensive experience in guiding and implementing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams.
  • A passionate professional with a vibrant spark and willingness to contribute.
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Commitment to accuracy, accountability, and proactive follow-through.
  • Self-motivated with a thirst for growth and knowledge.
  • Knowledge of current trends and emerging technologies.
