Job Title: ServiceNow Upgrade Change Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Delivery Specialist to support a critical cybersecurity uplift program.

The successful candidate will work closely under an established Change Manager, supporting business change delivery across a ServiceNow transformation stream.

  • Identify and manage change impacts to ensure minimal business disruption
  • Design and deliver tailored training content
  • Support communications, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning
  • Manage and analyse data to support change planning and reporting
  • Adapt to an agile delivery environment and aligning change activities to evolving milestones

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable professional looking to gain experience in a high-impact technology project within the Financial Services sector.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in change management, with a strong focus on delivering seamless business outcomes.
