Job Title: Servicenow Technology Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Servicenow professional to lead our organization's digital transformation journey. As a Servicenow Technology Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's Servicenow landscape.


About the Role:
  • This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Servicenow expert to drive innovation and automation initiatives, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, configurations, and management of multi-tenanted and dedicated client-owned Servicenow platforms.
  • You will own platform governance, including change management, release management, and solution documentation.
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders, sales, and pre-sales teams is essential to ensure Servicenow offerings meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, configure, and manage Servicenow platforms to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with industry best practices.
  2. Drive innovation and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Own platform governance, including change management, release management, and solution documentation.
  4. Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  5. Develop, maintain, and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and guidelines.
  6. Design and deliver reporting dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights for business and IT stakeholders.
