Maintenance Role in Hobart's Open Spaces

This role plays a vital part in the City of Hobart's success by ensuring that various built assets and infrastructure are installed and maintained according to prescribed service levels and Australian Standards.
The position involves conducting scheduled inspections to identify and report faults, planning and executing maintenance services, and implementing the Playground Inspection Program to meet Australian Standards.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and maintain built assets and infrastructure to ensure they meet prescribed service levels and Australian Standards.
- Assist in implementing the Playground Inspection Program to ensure it meets Australian Standards.
- Show dedication to Work Health and Safety standards by actively participating in discussions.
You will have a Certificate III or above in a relevant trade, demonstrated experience in construction and maintenance programs, and a can-do attitude. You will work independently and as part of a friendly team environment.
