  • Establishing effective working relationships with internal teams and external clients to drive sales and deliver outstanding service.
  • Achieving sales targets and budgets through continuous performance improvement.
  • Managing customer complaints and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Providing expert guidance to customers on Dowell products by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

The successful candidate will possess experience in sales, preferably within the building materials market, and have strong computer literacy with Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
