Industrial Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Industrial Account Manager. As part of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, enabling them to balance on-road activities with internal sales and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective customer connections by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and deliver outcomes within designated timelines.
  • Address all customer inquiries through in-person meetings, phone calls, or email correspondence.
  • Monitor market trends and implement sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide product training and support to our dealer network.
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience or techniques in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed results.
  • Experience with CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
