Your Opportunity

We're seeking exceptional individuals to join our Concierge Team as Seasonal Team Members at Westfield Eastgardens. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering 5-star customer experiences during the festive season.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests and retailers.
  • Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services to enhance customer convenience.
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs and providing helpful directions and advice.
  • Supporting the marketing team with festive events and surprise-and-delight moments.

  • Always be ready to go the extra mile for our customers and retailers, enhancing their experience.
  • Be confident in providing customers with assistance in a busy retail setting.
  • Be available for shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.

This is a seasonal casual role, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of the festive season within our Westfield destinations. The position runs from October 2024 to January/February 2025, with shifts based on scheduling needs.
