About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Services Team as a Seasonal Services Team Member at Westfield Hornsby. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments for our customers during the festive season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and retailers in a busy retail environment.
  • Concierge support: assist customers with directions, information, and promotions, including the sale of Westfield Gift Cards and other services.
  • Car park support: manage traffic flow and direct vehicles during peak periods.
  • Support the marketing team with festive events and surprise-and-delight moments.
What We're Looking For
  • A customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Provisional license (Manual/Auto) and availability to work shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
