Product Development Role

We are seeking a talented individual to drive all aspects of product life cycle, customer reviews, and promotional activity across the ANZ region.

This involves championing all promotions, point of sale, range reviews, and execution requirements for customers, ensuring to raise the expectation and delivery of a portfolio of brands.

  • Category Expense Management: The successful candidate will own allocated expenses and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop stock plans taking into account sales trends and market demand.
  • Liaise with Suppliers: Collaborate with product suppliers or new manufacturing partners on all aspects of product creation, artwork, design, and sign-off.
  • Portfolio Review: Regularly review the portfolio and provide recommendations on ways to continue driving sales.
  • Image Management: Oversee the image, website, and brochures database.
  • Product Life Cycle: Effectively manage the product life cycle, including exiting products and deletions.

The successful candidate will report into a Senior Manager and work in a hybrid arrangement, covering 3 days in office and 2 days from home after 3 months.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years of experience in Product Management; or 4+ years of Junior Product Management experience
  • Retail experience is highly commended
  • Microsoft Software Suite capability is required
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
  • A 'can-do' attitude, strong interpersonal, and communication skills, and comfortable working independently
