As a Portfolio Strategist, you will drive the development of our product portfolio to ensure market and client relevance. Your responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading key operations initiatives to establish an optimal process for product portfolio expansion.
  • Conducting continuous research to enhance your market knowledge and develop strategic insights into Novon's offerings.
  • Performing competitor, client, and market analysis to identify opportunities for new product development or enhancements.
  • Leveraging cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products and features.
  • Overseeing the deployment and commercialization of offerings within the business with a focus on strategy and objectives.

This role requires at least 3 years' experience in portfolio management within the industry, expertise in ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. A proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders is essential, along with success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
